Green Factor CBD is a truly customer-centric company, and so we will process requests for returns whenever the service has not been provided as promised on our website. The user therefore has 14 days upon receiving your goods to contact us to validate your request./p>

Return Conditions
In the case your products arrived damaged or in poor conditions we ask you to please contact us asap with your Order Details, including your tracking number, and to document your requests with pictures demonstrating your claim. A member of our Team will evaluate the validity of your claim and approve the Return Request if it meets the necessary criteria
If your goods indeed arrived damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement once the original product has been received and inspected.
All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of approval, in its original condition, unopened, sealed, unused, undamaged (except when damages take place during shipping) and with a copy of the Return Request validation that you will receive when your request for return is accepted.
In all cases, unless your goods arrived damaged, the user will have to pay for shipping back to Green Factor CBD facilities.
Refunds
Green Factor CBD will process all refunds on the same payment method used on the original transaction, for the same amount except for shipping costs, no later than 48hrs upon receiving the returned goods.
If the User has experienced any issues with the goods, Green Factor CBD will evaluate the “30-Day Guarantee” policy on a case-by-case basis.
